Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about online shopping and platform services.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and troubleshooting any issues related to their online shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency, striving to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the online shopping platforms and current promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to support service quality improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and build brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards customer service.
- A passion for online shopping and a keen understanding of consumer behavior.
