This position is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional service to Polish-speaking clients looking to explore various travel options.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries related to travel services.
- Provide detailed information on destinations, accommodations, and travel packages to help clients make informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, company offerings, and promotional campaigns to effectively assist customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive service records.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless travel experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.
