You will be responsible for assisting Polish-speaking customers with inquiries related to travel and tour packages, providing them with the information they need to create unforgettable experiences. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients regarding travel and tour packages through various communication channels.
- Address inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of travel packages and trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Please be sure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A strong passion for travel and customer service.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate challenges with a positive attitude.
