Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Online Learning & EdTech Department. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries related to online learning platforms, course registrations, and troubleshooting technical issues. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will directly enhance the learning experience for our clients. If you are fluent in Polish and have a passion for education and technology, we would love to have you on our team
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking users through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding online courses, subscriptions, and account management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to users.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer problems.
- Stay informed about the latest course offerings and platform updates to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Able to work independently and efficiently manage time in a remote environment.
