Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken, is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly mentioned in your Cover Letter and/or Curriculum Vitae.
- A strong passion for online retail and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and challenges with patience and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude and desire to deliver great customer experiences.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced online retail environment
