Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a position for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative within the Online Bookstore Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding book orders, payment issues, and product information. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with questions regarding book availability, order status, and payment inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Stay informed about new releases and trends in the book industry to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in an online retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mentality.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A genuine passion for books and the publishing industry.
