In this position, you will assist customers from the Nordic region with their inquiries related to online retail, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients across various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns related to online retail.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and enhance service quality.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep up with product knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in any Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is mandatory. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong passion for customer service and assisting others.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, online retail environment.
- Willingness to embrace a collaborative and multicultural team atmosphere
