Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a great opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Online Retail Department. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to online purchases, product information, and order issues. Your strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our clients. Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about products, order processing, payment issues, and returns.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and updates to provide knowledgeable support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and engagement.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
