In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers by assisting them with inquiries related to their online shopping experience, order processing, and product information. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and strong communication skills will be pivotal in enhancing the shopping experience for our clients. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients across various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and account management.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
