This role offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience while using the platform.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat support.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription management, and technical issues related to the streaming service.
- Guide users through troubleshooting processes, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest content offerings, platform features, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for streaming services and knowledge of current trends in digital content is a plus.
