Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, products, and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor during every interaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Engage in training to enhance knowledge of products and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and assisting others.
- Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
