This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about online shopping and committed to providing outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, returns, and exchanges.
- Guide customers through the online shopping process, ensuring a seamless experience from browsing to checkout.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to communicate customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve complaints effectively.
- Familiarity with online shopping platforms and customer service software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for e-commerce and a commitment to helping customers find the best products for their needs.
