Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that Italian-speaking customers receive the information and support they require.
Responsibilities- Assist Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to e-cigarette products and health guidance.
- Provide thorough and accurate information regarding product usage, safety measures, and health-related concerns.
- Help troubleshoot issues faced by customers and facilitate the return or exchange of products when necessary.
- Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to internal knowledge and service improvement.
- Stay updated on industry standards, health recommendations, and product developments pertaining to e-cigarettes.
- Work collaboratively with team members in the Health Department to deliver consistent and reliable support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in health or e-commerce sectors.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and associated health considerations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills paired with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in health and wellness, committed to providing informed support to customers.
