This role is tailored for individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality customer service and are knowledgeable about health and e-cigarette products. As a member of our support team, you will help Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive accurate and helpful information.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding e-cigarette products and health-related questions.
- Offer clear and precise information on product features, usage instructions, and safety measures.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and facilitate returns or exchanges as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, health guidelines, and trends related to e-cigarettes.
- Work collaboratively with the health department team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for roles in health or e-commerce sectors.
- Knowledge of e-cigarette products and related health issues is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
- A passion for health and wellness, and the desire to support customers in making informed choices.
