This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to provide support in navigating health-related inquiries about e-cigarette products. As part of our team, you will help German-speaking customers with their needs and ensure they have the information they require.
Responsibilities- Engage with German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries about e-cigarette products and health-related issues.
- Provide accurate information on product usage, safety precautions, and health implications associated with e-cigarettes.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and manage returns or exchanges as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to support ongoing service enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry standards, health guidelines, and trends regarding e-cigarettes.
- Collaborate with team members in the health department to ensure consistent and effective customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service roles, ideally in health or e-commerce sectors.
- Knowledge of e-cigarette products and associated health issues is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customer inquiries concurrently.
