Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative in our Health Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and e-commerce, and who thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. You will be instrumental in assisting Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding e-cigarette products, providing them with the information they need to make informed choices.
Responsibilities- Engage with Nordic-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address their questions and concerns regarding e-cigarette products and health-related topics.
- Provide accurate information about product features, usage, and safety measures.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, guiding them through troubleshooting and product returns as needed.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to contribute to service improvement efforts.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and health guidelines relevant to e-cigarette products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support across all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) as well as English, with strong communication skills in both.
- Experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the e-commerce or health industries.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and health implications is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a desire to help customers with their needs.
