Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer an engaging opportunity for a Swedish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative within our Health Department. This role is suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and who have a keen interest in health and wellness related to e-cigarette products. You will play a key role in assisting Swedish-speaking customers by providing them with accurate information and support.
Responsibilities- Interact with Swedish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries concerning e-cigarette products and health issues.
- Deliver accurate information about product usage, safety guidelines, and health implications.
- Help troubleshoot customer issues and facilitate returns or exchanges as necessary.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to support service improvements and product development.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, health guidelines, and relevant developments in e-cigarette products.
- Work collaboratively with the health department team to maintain high service standards and a shared knowledge base.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly in the health or e-commerce sectors, is preferred.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and related health concerns is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness and a desire to assist customers in making informed choices.
