This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service while promoting health and wellness through e-cigarette products. As a crucial member of our team, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive accurate and helpful information.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding e-cigarette products and health inquiries.
- Deliver clear and accurate information about product usage, safety precautions, and health considerations.
- Assist with troubleshooting customer issues and facilitate returns or exchanges when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, health guidelines, and evolving trends related to e-cigarettes.
- Collaborate with the health department team to enhance product knowledge and maintain high customer service standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the health or e-commerce sector, is preferred.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and their health implications is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a drive to help customers make informed decisions.
