This position is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about customer support and health. You will play a crucial role in assisting Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information regarding e-cigarette products and health considerations.
Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries related to e-cigarette products and health issues via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Provide comprehensive information about product features, usage, safety guidelines, and health-related queries.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and facilitate returns or exchanges when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to support improvements in products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, health trends, and product knowledge related to e-cigarettes.
- Work collaboratively within the health department to maintain high standards of customer service and support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, especially in health or e-commerce sectors, is preferred.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and related health implications will be beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills alongside a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively.
