Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Finnish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative in our Health Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting health initiatives related to e-cigarette products. As a key team member, you will assist Finnish-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive accurate and relevant information.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning e-cigarette products and health-related questions.
- Offer clear and accurate information on product usage, safety measures, and health implications.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and facilitate returns or exchanges as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and inform internal strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations, health guidelines, and product innovations related to e-cigarettes.
- Collaborate with the health department team to ensure comprehensive product knowledge and high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in health, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with e-cigarette products and health considerations is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively.
- A passion for health and wellness and a desire to help customers make informed decisions.
