Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and associated health topics is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in health or wellness sectors, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to deliver clear and informative support to customers.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and systems is a plus.
