Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and their health-related aspects is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in health or wellness fields, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to communicate information clearly and with patience.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and software.
- A love for working in a dynamic and cultural setting like Athens, Greece.
