Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of e-cigarette products and health-related topics is preferred.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the health or wellness sector, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide friendly, clear, and concise customer support.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Willingness to work in Athens and embrace local culture.
