Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and relevant health topics is preferred.
- Experience in customer support, especially in health or wellness sectors, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable manner.
- Ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance to customers.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and software is beneficial.
- A willingness to thrive in a dynamic and cultural environment such as Athens.
