Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Previous knowledge of e-cigarette products and health-related topics is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in health or wellness sectors, is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to provide clear and compassionate assistance to customers.
- Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
