Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a position for a Danish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative in our Health Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and health and wellness, with a specific focus on e-cigarette products. You will be responsible for assisting Danish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the support and information they need regarding our products.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat related to e-cigarette products and health queries.
- Deliver accurate information about product usage, safety precautions, and health-related considerations.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and navigating returns or exchanges effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in service and product offerings.
- Stay informed about industry standards, health regulations, and trends in the e-cigarette market.
- Collaborate with team members in the Health Department to ensure a high level of customer care and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably within the health or e-commerce sector.
- Understanding of e-cigarette products and their health implications is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness, with eagerness to provide informed support to customers.
