This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about online shopping and delivering excellent customer service to French-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat, addressing inquiries related to orders, products, and returns.
- Assist customers with the online shopping process, offering guidance on product choices and navigating the website.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, working towards ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with current promotions, product offerings, and website features to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, constructive solutions.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A customer-centric attitude with a strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
