This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and committed to providing outstanding service to French-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and payment processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and platform features to assist customers effectively.
- Foster a positive and engaging customer experience while maintaining the company's brand standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A customer-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
