Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product availability, order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and promotions within the e-commerce sector to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce or retail setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
