Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative within the E-commerce Department. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for online retail and are dedicated to providing outstanding service to Finnish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding their online shopping experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, order status, returns, and general e-commerce-related questions.
- Guide customers through the online purchasing process, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every step.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently, striving for swift resolutions and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure accurate product information and optimal service delivery.
- Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and contribute to service improvement efforts based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or online retail, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce and online shopping trends.
