This role presents an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic online retail environment by providing exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, product information, and e-commerce policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process returns, exchanges, and modifications to orders accurately.
- Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to provide updates and resolve shipping-related queries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's e-commerce products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for helping customers and delivering a positive shopping experience.
