This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist Spanish-speaking clients in navigating the online shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to e-commerce products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, shipping inquiries, and product information, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, aiming to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product offerings and current promotions to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer expectations are met.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for e-commerce and helping customers find the right products.
