Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for an established E-commerce Department. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about online shopping and are eager to provide excellent support to Nordic-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, product information, and shipping issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and improve overall service quality.
- Promote a positive and engaging customer experience, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce and online shopping.
