Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently handle travel inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for quality purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets.

Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for travel and exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
