Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, changes, and issues.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and operational goals.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about travel products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel industry is a plus.
