Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Efficiently address and resolve inquiries related to aviation services.
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of aviation services and products.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is a requirement.
- A strong interest in aviation and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
