Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to Finnish-speaking clients regarding telecommunications services through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required.
- A strong passion for customer service and telecommunications.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle queries and problems efficiently with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in Athens and embrace a new cultural experience.
