This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and customer service, and who wish to support Finnish-speaking clients in navigating their telecommunications needs.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to telecommunications services.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the company's database.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest telecommunications products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Enhance customer experience by actively listening and responding to their needs and feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- A genuine interest in technology and telecommunications.
