This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
- Assist customers with billing questions, technical support, and service upgrades or changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about available services, promotions, and new technology options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and telecommunications trends to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously for quality and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer issues as necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
