Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, service setup, and troubleshooting telecommunications issues.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of services, promotions, and billing inquiries to enhance customer understanding.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company offerings to provide accurate customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
