This role offers a chance to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking customers in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers with issues related to their telecommunications services, including billing, technical support, and account management.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's telecommunications products and services to offer accurate information.
- Collaborate with technical support and other teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference and quality improvement.
- Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the telecommunications or technology sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
