Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services, helping them understand their options.
- Handle billing questions, service issues, and technical support requests effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure ongoing service improvement and compliance.
- Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer problems.
- Stay informed about the latest telecommunications products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
