Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services, billing, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively and maintain accurate records in the company's system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and product developments to enhance customer support.
- Promote a positive company image and contribute to the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
