Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
- Handle customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and technical support.
- Educate customers about available services, promotions, and new product offerings.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
