Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Telecommunications Department. This role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team where you will provide outstanding service to customers across Nordic countries, ensuring they have the best experience with telecommunications products and services.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications services.
- Assist customers with inquiries about their accounts, service features, billing, and technical support.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about the latest telecommunications products, services, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all customer interactions with accuracy for ongoing service assessment and enhancement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
