Responsibilities- Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and chat to Nordic-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and specifications.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay informed about automotive trends, products, and best practices to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management systems.
