Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales departments to enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about automotive trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Technical knowledge of automotive products is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer service software.
