Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently and provide them with accurate information regarding automotive products and services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep up-to-date with company offerings and automotive industry trends to better assist customers.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
