Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to luxury automotive products and services with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
- Cooperate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about the latest product offerings and industry trends.
- Gather insights and feedback from clients to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promote brand loyalty and maintain strong relationships with clientele in the luxury market.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the luxury or automotive sectors, is highly desirable.
- Passion for luxury vehicles and an understanding of the automotive industry.
