Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about automotive products and services.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and vehicle maintenance inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall service experience.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive products and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector, is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to help customers find solutions.
